Good for Connor ... he's all grown up!
In Vancouver, parents don't get a confirmation letter from the School Board until the child is attending kindergarten (ie, 5 years old).
Questions: Does the School Board in Toronto pay for public pre-school? Connor is only 4 years old (& we're assuming that Connor is entering pre-school and not kindergarten in September). Public school is free in Toronto, correct?

Hello!
We received yours/Kolton's card yesterday, right on time for Connor's birthday! Thank you for the gift and the lovely drawing from KK! We also received Po Po's card and gift yesterday. Perfect timing!
Yes in Toronto, the government implemented a JK full-day program a few years ago; you must be 4 years old of JK. Yes it is free. Not all schools yet have the program, and not all schools have the full day program. The school closest to us currently has half days only; full time will be available next year.
